Step 1: Frame part
First, paint the frame black all around. Then mix dye and quartz sand, paint the matboard evenly black, and finally paint the branches. 
Step 2: Decorate the picture frame
Use a glue gun to attach the branches to the frame.
To make the petals, use two different sizes of capiz shells. Stagger four large pieces for the bottom and second layers, and use a small sloping plate to create the curvature for the third layer. This will make it more three-dimensional. Finally, attach the pearl as the flower core. In the last step, paste all the layers together and your petals will be ready. 
Step 3: Glue petals to the branches
Use the glue gun to glue the petals on the branches.
