Premium glass table DIY instructions
During the installation process, you can refer to this model diagram which should make it quite easy.
Step 1: Rods preparation
Let's grab 32cm rods and 45cm rods, cross-fixing and swivel connectors.
32cm rods are used as foot legs, we need to connect 2 cross-fixing connectors for each. Install as shown in picture 1.
The 45cm rods are for connection and support. 2 swivel connectors are installed in the middle and 2 cross-fixing connectors on 2 sides for each. Also shown in picture 1.
Step 2: Install the main frame
To make the table horizontally stable, it is recommended to use a ruler to measure the distance before fixing and tightening. Install the first layer as shown in picture 3. The second layer is the same as the first layer.
Step 3: Triangle stability
Most people are familiar with the concept of triangle stability. Triangles are known for being stable, firm, and resistant to pressure. With this in mind, we have added a cross to this structure to increase its stability. It is important to pay attention to the installation of the cross, making sure that one end is pointing up and the other down.
Step 4: Fixed glass
Can be reinforced with glass glue. If the glass you choose is heavy enough and you don’t need glue for reinforcement, I think there won’t be a big problem.
And then! We have completed the premium glass table, let's take a quick preview.
